How does your onboarding and delivery process work?

Our onboarding process includes:

  2. Engagement Finalization with NDA, MSA, and SOP documentation
  3. System Setup & Access Control (e.g., QBO, Xero, ADP, Hubdoc, etc.)
  4. Process Mapping and assigning trained staff
  5. Ongoing Delivery via cloud platforms with weekly reporting and monthly reviews

Turnaround times and KPIs are defined upfront to ensure predictability and accountability.

How do I interact with the team handling my work?

Each client is assigned a dedicated delivery manager and a working team. Interaction happens via:

  • Email or instant messaging platforms (Slack, MS Teams)
  • Weekly/bi-weekly Zoom or Google Meet calls
  • Shared project dashboards or task trackers

Clients retain real-time visibility and escalation paths throughout the engagement.

What measures do you take to ensure data protection?

TrueLedger follows global best practices in data security, including:

What are your working hours and how do you handle global time zones?

We operate primarily in Indian Standard Time (GMT+5:30) with extended shifts for EST, PST, GMT, and SGT. For clients in North America and Europe, we deliver overnight turnaround, enabling next-day reporting. Urgent work is addressed in real-time with staggered shifts and backup support.
